Service Account definition

Service Account means an account from Our current account range, a Business Investment Account, a Midas Gold Account or a Summit Account that You hold with the Bank in Your name(s). You will be required to maintain a Service Account for the duration of the Treasury Fixed Term Deposit Account.
Service Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Other Fees.
Service Account means any account that may be an account of the Client with Butterfield, as specified in the Schedule to the Application (or any other document), which the Client wishes to access using the Service.

  • Information submitted to us or our suppliers is our property or the property of our suppliers, and we and our suppliers are free to use and disclose that information (other than the Service Account, Payment Account or transactions), or any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in that information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever, except as specifically agreed to by us or our suppliers or prohibited by law.

  • We may, however, change this Agreement without prior notice if necessary to maintain or restore the security of the Service or your Service Account.

  • We will disclose information to third parties about your Service Account, Payment Account or the transactions you made (i) where it is necessary for completing transactions; (ii) in order to comply with government agency or court orders; or (iii) if you give us your written permission.

  • The following payment channels may be available to you to make payments to your Service Account.

  • You are solely responsible for controlling the safekeeping of, and access to, the credentials used to access your Service Account.


More Definitions of Service Account

Service Account means any account or other financial product or service that you maintain with us and in connection with which you use or may use any function or feature of any Service. A Service Account may include, for example and without limitation, a deposit account, a loan account, a credit card or other line of credit account, or a general purpose reloadable stored value card. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility and/or ineligibility of any account or financial product or service as a Service Account, and the eligibility and/or ineligibility of any Service Account for any Service functionality or transaction, at any time and from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion and without notice to you, subject to the requirements of applicable law. You may call us at the telephone number provided in the “Errors or Questions” section of this Agreement for current information about the eligibility of certain accounts, products and services as Service Accounts and the eligibility of certain Service Accounts for certain Services.
Service Account means the non-interest and non-profit bearing account which is maintained by the Bank for the Cardholder, into which any amount of the Current Balance which is due and unpaid after the relevant Payment Due Date, is transferred from the Card Account.
Service Account means an agreement between a Customer and the City for the supply of Utility Services which is non-transferable. A Service Account is considered active while Utility Services are being provided.
Service Account means an account used for servicing a computer system that may be used by more than one User.
