Service Award definition

Service Award means any Court ordered payment to Plaintiff for serving as Class Representative, which is in addition to any payment due to Plaintiff as a Settlement Class Member.
Service Award means any award approved by the Court that is payable to the Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund.
Service Award means such funds as may be awarded by the Court to the Representative Plaintiffs for their service as Representative Plaintiffs.

Examples of Service Award in a sentence

  • Within three (3) business days after the Maximum Settlement Amount is deposited into the QSF, the Settlement Administrator shall issue and mail checks for the Service Award, the Full Release Award, the Settlement Administration Expenses Award, and the Attorney’s Fees and Costs Award to the respective recipients thereof.

  • Subject to approval by the Superior Court, the amount paid to Plaintiff as a Service Award shall be $7,500.00 and the amount paid to Plaintiff as a Full Release Award shall be $5,000.00.

More Definitions of Service Award

Service Award means compensation awarded by the Court and paid to the Settlement Class Representatives in recognition of their roles in this litigation.
Service Award means an Award that vests solely based on the passage of time or continued Service over a fixed period of time.
