Service Commencement means that all of the following have been achieved in relation to the Facility:
Service Commencement means the successful connection and activation of the Voice Service so that the service is available for use by the Customer;

LTLabs shall invoice Client for such Software Services provided on or after the Software Service Commencement Date.
