Service Commitment definition

Service Commitment or “Initial Service Term” means the period of time for which Customer is committed to pay for Services, even if they are terminated or not used, which is the period from the Service Activation Date as stated in the Agreement or a Contract or, if not stated and not subject to a Volume Commitment, one year from the Service Activation Date. Upon expiration of the Service Commitment, the Services automatically continue until either Party terminates them under the terms of the Agreement or Contract.

More Definitions of Service Commitment

Service Commitment means the payment that we provide in case the Transfer does not get completed / effected within the Transfer Time stipulated by us as provided in clause 21.5.4, subject to the conditions provided in 21.5.

Interrupted but completed work and non- standard material which cannot be utilized may be invoiced in normal billing cycles once E-Stamp has been so advised. E-Stamp agrees to provide a revised Purchase Order for the work completed at the time of cancellation.
