Service Condition definition

Service Condition means the condition to the vesting of the Award. The Service Condition is satisfied based on the duration of the Grantee’s continuous Service from the Grant Date, as provided by Section 3.1.

Examples of Service Condition in a sentence

  • In the event an Awardee Separates from Service before the Payment Date on account of death or Disability, the Service Condition will be waived.

  • In the event of the Participant’s Termination of Service at any time due to the Participant’s death or Disability, (x) the Service Condition shall be deemed to be satisfied as of the date of such termination and (y) if the Value Condition is satisfied as of the Scheduled Vesting Date, the Restricted Shares shall fully vest as of such date.

  • However, high tensile steel nuts, bolts and spring washer shall be electro galvanized to Service Condition 4.
