Service Conditions definition

Service Conditions means, in respect of particular Services, the relevant additional terms and conditions described as Service Conditions in a Service Schedule and/or the Primary Schedule.
Service Conditions. - means the special instructions available from Transnet Freight Rail and/or any relevant Competent Authority requirement as stipulated by applicable legislation upon request relating to loading methods for general, dangerous and/or hazardous goods, and the packaging, acceptance, Transport and delivery of those goods, when conveyed in freight containers, rail wagons and road vehicles.
Service Conditions means any and all of: I. technical conditions for the supply of a broadband Service; II. where we consider that the consent of any third party is required, obtaining that consent; III. any other obligations of the End User contained in this Agreement.

Service Conditions means the specific terms and conditions regulating each of the Services, and includes any applicable account mandates and customer user guides, as any of the same may from time to time be supplemented, amended or replaced by the Bank.
