Service Contractor definition

Service Contractor. The independent repair service provider authorized by us to perform services under this Plan Agreement.

Service Contractor means a service contract administrator or a service contract seller.

Service Contractor means any contractor who seeks or has been awarded a Service Contract subject to this Ordinance. Service Contractor means the person licensed to render for hire the services of wastewater treatment or waste disposal or monitoring of environmental quality.
