Service Cost definition

Service Cost means the reasonable and proper costs and expenses paid or incurred by the Superior Landlord in relation to the provision of the Building Services and the Estate Services (including irrecoverable VAT);
Service Cost means the cost of parts and labour incurred by the Dealer or Dealer Group in the provision of the Services.
Service Cost means the cost of the parts and labour incurred by the Authorised Toyota Repairer in the provision of the Service on behalf of TGB to You

  • The reasonable and proper costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord in enforcing the rules and regulations from time to time made pursuant to Clause 4.24 provided that the Landlord shall use all reasonable endeavours to recover such costs and expenses from the defaulting party and provided further that there shall be credited against the Service Cost any such costs recovered.
