The Service Provider shall make good faith efforts to give notice to Customer of such Planned Service Downtime as soon as possible, but at least twenty-four (24) hours via appropriate means (e.g. email or telephone).
Service Provider shall, to the extent reasonably practicable, schedule Planned Service Downtime outside of general business hours.
For the purpose of supporting or maintaining the Service (including, but not limited to the roll-out of Updates), the Service might experience a Planned Service Downtime.
In case of Unplanned Service Downtime with or without control of Service Provider, Service Provider shall make good faith efforts to send a notification to Customer informing Customer thereof.
