Service Effective Date definition
Service Effective Date means the date following the completion of all implementation services, in the case of a Fund that is a new start-up Fund, or the date following the completion of all conversion services, in the case of Fund that BNYM will be providing services to as a successor service provider, that the first live transaction is processed by the BNYM System for a public customer of the particular Fund on a production basis.

Commencing on the Service Effective Date, BNY shall provide the Fund with access to and use of those components of the BNY System for which the Fund pays a fee in accordance with the Fee Agreement or with respect to which the Fee Agreement indicates the fee is included in the Account Fees (as such term is used in the Fee Agreement).
The obligations in this Section 1(e) shall terminate on the Service Effective Date.

Service Effective Date means January 1, 2015.
