Service Equipment definition

Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.
Service Equipment means equipment (including but not limited to any data collection and call routing devices, routers, switches, handsets and other telecommunications equipment) which Company (or a third party on Company’s behalf ) may from time to time deliver to and / or install at the Customer’s Premises for the purposes of providing the VOIP Service, as specified in the Commercial Schedule, remains the property of the Company at all times;
Service Equipment means any equipment relating to the service including but not limited to; too include any data collection, and call routing devices, routers, switches, handsets, or other telecommunications equipment Vaioni may from time to time install at the Customer’s

Examples of Service Equipment in a sentence

  • Where Customer provides its own local access service, an Access MRC and NRC (cross-connect charge) will still apply to cover Verizon’s provision of a physical connection from that access service to the Service Equipment used to provide the associated Verizon network service.

  • We (or a Third Party Supplier) may need access to your premises from time to time in connection with the provision and maintenance of the Service Equipment or a Service.

  • We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, replace any of our Service Equipment.

  • You will allow us access to the Service Equipment during Business Hours (or at such other times as we arrange with you), and this right of access will not end until all Service Equipment is returned to us, even if the Services have been cancelled.

More Definitions of Service Equipment

Service Equipment means equipment and apparatus, including but without limitation, any multiplexer, telecommunication apparatus, computer hardware, communication channel, routers or software embodied therein, to be installed at the service location by us in order to make available the service to you;
