Service Failure Point definition

Service Failure Point or "SFP" means the points issued by the Authority for failure to meet the Performance Measures, as detailed in paragraph 5.3 of Schedule 4 (Specification);
Service Failure Point means a point accumulated by the Service Provider for failure to meet a Service Level that together with any other Service Failure Deduction Points will be converted into a Service Failure Deduction each Month in accordance with schedule 5 (Service Level Agreement);
Service Failure Point means a point accumulated by the Service Provider for a Service Failure, that together with any other Service Failure Points will be converted into a Service Failure Deduction each Month in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 5 (Service Level Agreement);

Examples of Service Failure Point in a sentence

  • Z = the value of a Service Failure Point (“Service Failure Point Value”), which at the date of this Agreement is one pound Sterling (£1) per Service Failure Point.

  • In the event that 99.0% Uptime is not achieved the following shall apply: For every whole 0.1 percentage point below the stated System availability of 99.0% a Service Failure Point will be allocated.

  • Z = the value of each Service Failure Point (“Service Failure Point Value”), which at the date of this Agreement is one pound Sterling (£1) per Service Failure Point.
