Examples of Service Fault in a sentence

  • Reporting of Service Fault is governed by the following procedure: The Subscriber: • Provides the identification (name/company/address).

  • All timescales referring to Working Days shall be measured from Working Day following notification (in accordance with the Company’s instructions) of purported Service Fault to the Company.

  • Service Fault Targets available to the Customer are set forth in paragraph 4 below.

  • All timescales referring to hours are hours during the Cover Period and are measured from notification (in accordance with the Company’s instructions) of the purported Service Fault to the Company.

  • The Supplier shall provide and manage the Cloud Voice Service in accordance with Schedule 4.1 Fault Management Connectivity, which sets out the Supplier’s notification procedure for Service Faults together with its Service Fault Targets.
