Service Fault definition

Service Fault means the occurrence of an Error that results in a failure to meet a Service Level.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks.   • Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;

  • Generator Operator means the entity that operates generating unit(s) and performs the functions of supplying energy and interconnected operations services and the other functions of a generator operator as described in NERC’s Statement of Compliance Registry Criteria located on the NERC website.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Service Failure means a failure by the Contractor to provide the Services in accordance with any individual service level described above (measured on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis)

A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.
