Service Fees definition
Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.
Service Fees means the amounts payable by AHS to the Operator for the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Service Fees means the fees for the Services as set out in, or payable in accordance with, the relevant Statement of Work. Service Start Date means the date set out in, or determined by, a Statement of Work.
