Service Fees definition

Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

Service Fees means the amounts payable by AHS to the Operator for the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Service Fees means the monthly or annual fees set forth in the Service Order to be paid by Customer to Provider as consideration for Provider’s provision to Customer of the Services, but does not include usage fees, taxes or regulatory fees or surcharges, which Customer must pay in addition to the Service Fees.

• The requirement to pay the Service Fees within the time limit(s) as set out in this Agreement is an essential term of this Agreement.

Service Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Fees such as sub transfer agent fees or commissions may be paid to us by third parties for assistance in performing certain transactions with respect to this Xxxx XXX.
