Service Fees definition

Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

Service Fees means the amounts payable by AHS to the Operator for the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Service Fees means the monthly or annual fees set forth in the Service Order to be paid by Customer to Provider as consideration for Provider’s provision to Customer of the Services, but does not include usage fees, taxes or regulatory fees or surcharges, which Customer must pay in addition to the Service Fees.

• You shall pay all Service Fees owed as they become due following any such adjustment.

• During and after the development of the Separation Plan, the Parties shall collaborate and negotiate in good faith to determine how to reduce and discontinue portions of Services that may no longer be necessary, and similarly to reduce and eliminate any Service Fees and Out-of-Pocket Costs regarding the same.

• In addition, Leaseweb shall be entitled to invoice Service Fees for all Advanced Support Services provided to Customer in excess of the Time Included, on a time spent basis, at the prevailing Leaseweb hourly rate for performing the particular Support Services (plus its expenses related to the performance of the Advanced Support Services, including any traveling expenses if applicable).

• We will notify Client of any such additional Service Fees and will obtain Client’s approval prior to providing them.

Service Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Service Fees means the charges specified in the SLA, which are payable by the Customer to Pentana Solutions in respect of the Services; Service Level Agreement means a written or unwritten contract, arrangement or understanding entered into between the parties for specific products, services and systems provided by Pentana Solutions to the Customer and is also referred to as an SLA; and

Service Fees means the fees payable by the Partner according to Section 6.3.
