Service Level Commitment definition

Service Level Commitment means the service level commitment more particularly described in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1.1 (Service Development) as it may subsequently be amended or replaced in accordance with Schedule 1.1;
Service Level Commitment means the service level commitment more particularly described in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1.1 (Service Development) and the first such Service Level Commitment in the agreed terms SLC and any other service level commitment developed in accordance with Schedule 1.1;
Service Level Commitment or “SLC” means the service level commitment more particularly described in paragraph 9 of Part 2 (Service Development) of Schedule 1.1 (Franchise Services and Service Development) as such service level commitment may subsequently be amended or replaced in accordance with Schedule 1.1 (Franchise Services and Service Development);

More Definitions of Service Level Commitment

Service Level Commitment means any service level arrangements described in the documentation provided to you by ZAP pursuant to section 2.1.
Service Level Commitment means for each type of Fault, the maximum response time, level of effort, or other metric to which [SIS Vendor] has committed under this Schedule.
