Service Level Credits definition
Service Level Credits has the meaning given in the SLA;
Service Level Credits has the meaning specified in Attachment E-1 and Attachment E-2.

Examples of Service Level Credits in a sentence
Any excess Service Level Credits are forfeited and shall not be carried over to future months.
The Service Levels (including any Service Level Credits) applicable to a Service are set out in the applicable Service Schedule.
The maximum Service Level Credits that may be earned for any calendar month shall not exceed 100% of the portion of the MRC of the affected Services stated in the Order.

More Definitions of Service Level Credits
