Service Level Credits has the meaning specified in Attachment E-1 and Attachment E-2.

Examples of Service Level Credits in a sentence

If the Target Availabilty as defined in the applicable chart below is not achieved in a calendar month, WaTech shall be entitled to the Service Level Credits set forth herein.

More Definitions of Service Level Credits

Service Level Credits means the credits that are payable by you to the Purchasing Agency upon the occurrence of a Service Level Default, as specified in a Statement of Work (if any); Service Level Default means a failure to meet a Service Level;
