Service Level Guarantee definition

Service Level Guarantee means the criteria, remedies and procedures relevant to timeframes and other standards for the supply of a Service, as set out in the relevant Schedule;
Service Level Guarantee means the compensation payable under a contract if the Communications Provider fails to meet a Service Level Agreement;
Service Level Guarantee means the document setting out the Service Levels applicable to particular Services and specifying the rebates (if any) payable if those Service Levels are not achieved and related terms, as modified by us from time to time.

  • The Requesting Licensee acknowledges that a failure to make a claim within the specified timeframes under this paragraph means that the Requesting Licensee waives any entitlement to the Service Level Guarantee payment in respect of that claim.

More Definitions of Service Level Guarantee

Service Level Guarantee means the minimum service level guarantee issued by a Board to a solid waste management company in accordance with section 12;

An Interruption period ends when the circuit/service is operative.
Service Level Guarantee or “Service Level Guarantees” means a guarantee or guarantees identified as a “Service Level Guarantee” or “Service Level Guarantees” in the applicable Product Terms and Conditions. “Services” means Hosting Services and Supplementary Services, collectively.
Service Level Guarantee means the TW Networks Site will be unavailable to the general public for no more than forty-eight (48) aggregate hours during any thirty (30) day period, excluding routine maintenance which shall occur during the hours of 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. Eastern Time no more than twice per month.
