Service Obligations definition

Service Obligations means the obligations of the Company set out in Clause 2; Party means a State for which the Convention has entered into force; Satellites means any or all of the Satellites owned, leased or operated by the Company; SOLAS Convention means the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as amended from time to time; Space Segment means the Satellites, and the tracking, telemetry, command, control, monitoring and related facilities and equipment required to support the operation of the Satellites.
Service Obligations means the standards of service that set out the service delivery requirements that are expected from RTOs that enter into contractual arrangements with Skills Tasmania under the Skills Tasmania Agreement.
Service Obligations means the obligations of the Concessionaire of the kind referred to in Article 5 hereof.
