Service Option definition

Service Option means an Option granted pursuant to the Plan which becomes exercisable in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Option Agreement based upon a Participant's completion of service with the applicable member or members of the MGI/CERA Group.
Service Option means, for the Shipper, the service option as designated in Schedule A setting out the Contract Volume, Petroleum type, Designated Receipt Point, Designated Delivery Point and Contract Term for Firm Service pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations;

More Definitions of Service Option

Service Option means Licensed, Assisted or Managed, as set out in the Order Form; and
Service Option means the level of the Service, chosen by You, as specified in the Service Schedule and defined in the Application Form.

Service Option has the meaning as set out in clause 18a. (Support Service Options Provided) for the tiers of Service available; Third Party Supplier means any party other than Convergence Group and You that Convergence Group elects to use to provide part of the Service, including but not limited to Vendors or specialist support companies. Any third parties engaged will deliver the Service to the same level as any Convergence Group delivered Service and will hold all necessary accreditations and clearances for the Service provided; User(s) means authorised individual(s) who are permitted to use the Service(s) and / or have access to the network supported under this Agreement; Variation(s) means an agreed change to the Agreement in accordance with these terms; Vendor means the manufacturers and suppliers of LAN Equipment which Convergence Group use in the provision of these Support Services to You;
Service Option means an Option that will become vested on the basis of the Participant's completion of service.
Service Option means certain features and characteristics of the Service which may be selected by you and which are described as a 'Service Option' (together with any additional terms on which the Service Option is supplied) in the Service Description or any appendix to the Service Description. Service Start Date for the Service or an Individual Service means the date on which Optus starts supplying that Service or Individual Service to you, or is deemed to do so.
