Service Portal refers to the web-based, Customer accessible portal by which Services can be managed and tickets against Service Incidents and Service Requests can be opened. Service Portal can be accessed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
Service Portal means a CenturyLink Web site through which Customer may request additions and changes to certain Services. CenturyLink may provide Customer with more than one Service Portal URL and associated user name and password for the Services provided under this Service-specific section.

Service Portal or “Support Services Portal” is the web portal at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/support-portal- home.
