Service Provider Contracts definition

Service Provider Contracts have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a)(vii).

• The Service Provider agrees that it shall immediately terminate all Service Provider Contracts at the end of the period contemplated in Clause 9.3.1.

Service Provider Contracts means those Contracts of the Company that are particular to the cannabis industry (i.e. Contracts that specifically reference cannabis and/or are essential to the conduct of a Company’s business as currently conducted or intended to be conducted in the near future). For example, a Contract for janitorial services would not be considered a Service Provider Contract, but a Contract for the supply of cartridges using in the Company’s products would be considered a Service Provider Contract.
