Service Region means one of the public defender service regions
Service Region. A geographic area comprised of those counties where the Contractor is responsible for providing adequate access to services and Providers. Short Term: A period of thirty (30) Calendar Days or less. Significant Traditional Providers: Those Providers that provided the top eighty percent (80%) of Medicaid encounters for the GMC-eligible population in the base year of 2004.

  • The Contractor desires to contract with Sourcewell to provide construction services to entities that indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts within the Service Region.
