Service Requirement definition

Service Requirement means the Grantee must have been in the continuous employment of the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) from the Grant Date through the applicable vesting anniversary of the Grant Date as provided in Section 3(b) without incurring a Separation from Service.
