Service Standards definition

Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;
Service Standards means the prescribed level of services on which the schedule of charges in Schedule “B-1” are based;
Service Standards means the service standards set out in Section 2 together with any other requirements so designated in the Category Specific Rules;

Service Standards means the requirements set out in Section 2;
