Absolute Engagement will have no liability for any damages liability, losses (including any loss of data profits), or any other consequences that the Subscriber or any Authorized User may incur as a result of a Service Suspension.
Absolute Engagement shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide written notice of any Service Suspension to the Subscriber and to provide updates regarding the resumption of the Services following any Service Suspension.
If You give less than 14 days’ notice, We reserve the right to charge a Cancellation Fee or a Service Suspension Fee as set out in the Fee Schedule.
Absolute Engagement shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resume providing access to the Services as soon as reasonably possible after the event giving rise to the Service Suspension is cured.
