Service Terms definition

Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

Service Terms means the service terms specific to each Service set forth herein and made a part of this Agreement upon the date you elect to register for or use the applicable Service and any subsequent modifications we are permitted to make to those terms.

• All notices shall be in writing and sent by first class mail or overnight mail (or courier), transmitted by facsimile (if confirmed by such mailing), or email (if confirmed by such mailing), to the addresses indicated on the Service Terms.
