Service Tower definition

Service Tower means each of the Cross Tower Services, Data Center and Cloud Services, Network Services, Database Services and IT Security Services as set out in Attachments A-1 to A-5.

Examples of Service Tower in a sentence

  • Each Party shall designate an individual to serve as that Party’s service delivery manager for each Service Tower (for Symetra, each, a “Symetra Service Delivery Manager”, and for ACS, each, an “ACS Service Delivery Manager”).

  • The initial Baselines for each of the Service Tower Services are set forth in Schedule 3.

  • ARCs and RRCs that are applicable to each of the Service Tower Services, and the methodology for applying such ARCs and RRCs, are set forth in Schedule 3.

  • The Service Provider shall provide hard and soft copy reports to ACSA regarding the Service Provider’s compliance with the SLRs specified in this Service Tower.

  • All data provided in this manner shall be Confidential Information belonging to Transnet and freely accessible by Transnet as required whether online (via Service Provider portal) and / or in real time, in accordance with the relevant Service Tower.
