Service Unavailable means the amount of time during a year when the trading service was scheduled to be available but was not available, due solely to Euronext. By analysing the output from availability and reliability monitoring, Euronext is able to determine the quality of service provided to the market on a day to day and month by month basis.

Service Unavailable means the inability of the Platform to run web applications, due either to errors or failures in the hosting stack or lack of network connectivity to the Internet.
