As between the parties, Twilio exclusively owns and reserves all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, the Documentation, Twilio's Confidential Information (as defined in Section 4.3.1 (Definition)), Service Usage Data, and any feedback or suggestions you or your End Users provide regarding the Services.
