The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the purpose of Article XI of this Agreement is to facilitate compliance by the Depositor (and any Other Depositor of any Other Securitization that includes a Serviced Companion Loan) with the provisions of Regulation AB and the related rules and regulations of the Commission.

More Definitions of Serviced Companion Loan

Serviced Companion Loan means a mortgage loan that is serviced under this Agreement, is not a “Mortgage Loan” included in the Trust, and is paid on a pari passu basis with a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust. There are no Serviced Companion Loans related to the Trust.
