Servicer Indemnified Party. As defined in Section 8.05(c) of this Agreement.

• Accordingly, Personal Data may be transferred and stored in countries around the world, including the European Union ("EU"), the United States of America, Brazil, India, and other countries where John Deere has offices, authorized dealers and distributors, or service providers.
