Servicing Accounts definition

Servicing Accounts. The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.
Servicing Accounts. The account or accounts maintained by the Subservicer, other than the Subservicer Collection Account, Servicing Fee Account and Ancillary Fee Account, pursuant to the applicable PSA, which may include any escrow accounts, reserve accounts, lock-box accounts and/or cash collateral accounts.
Servicing Accounts means all rights under the Servicing Agreement, including without limitation, all Accounts owing to Grantor and arising for services rendered or to be rendered by it under the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Servicing Accounts in a sentence

  • As part of its servicing duties, the Master Servicer or Sub-Servicers shall pay to the Mortgagors interest on funds in Servicing Accounts, to the extent required by law and, to the extent that interest earned on funds in the Servicing Accounts is insufficient, to pay such interest from its or their own funds, without any reimbursement therefor.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, Servicing Accounts shall also include such other accounts as the Servicer maintains for the escrow of certain payments, such as taxes and insurance, with respect to certain Mortgaged Properties.

  • As part of its servicing duties, the Servicer or Sub-Servicers shall pay to the Mortgagors interest on funds in the Servicing Accounts, to the extent required by law and, to the extent that interest earned on funds in the Servicing Accounts is insufficient, to pay such interest from its or their own funds, without any reimbursement therefor.

  • In the event the Servicer shall deposit in the Servicing Accounts any amount not required to be deposited therein, it may at any time withdraw such amount from the Servicing Accounts, any provision to the contrary notwithstanding.


More Definitions of Servicing Accounts

Servicing Accounts. The Escrow/Reserve Account and the Servicing Account, each as established under and defined in the Servicing Agreement.

Servicing Accounts means Accounts owing to Grantor and arising from services provided by it under the Servicing Agreement.
