Each Receivable originated in the State of California has been, and at all times during the term of the Sale and Servicing Agreement will be, serviced by the Servicer in compliance with Cal.
The Purchaser agrees that it will neither use nor disclose to any Person the names and addresses of the Obligors, except in connection with the enforcement of the Purchaser’s rights hereunder, under the Receivables, under the Sale and Servicing Agreement or as required by law.
