Servicing Certificate definition

Servicing Certificate. A certificate completed and executed by a Servicing Officer on behalf of the Master Servicer in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Servicing Certificate means the certificate delivered each month pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement to the Indenture Trustee completed and executed by any officer of the Master Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Mortgage Loans whose name and specimen signature appear on a list of servicing officers furnished to the Indenture Trustee (with a copy to the Credit Enhancer) by the Master Servicer on the Closing Date, as it may be amended from time to time.

Servicing Certificate. A certificate prepared by a Servicing Officer on behalf of the Master Servicer in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Servicing Certificate in a sentence

• The attached Servicing Certificate is true and correct in all material respects.

• Notwithstanding any arrangement, the Mortgage Loans will be included in the information regarding delinquent Mortgage Loans in the Servicing Certificate and monthly statement to Noteholders pursuant to Section 7.04 of the Indenture.
