Servicing Guide. The Impac Funding Corporation Servicing Guide attached hereto as Exhibit K.

Servicing Guide means Fannie Mae’s Servicing Guide.

Servicing Guide means collectively, our guidelines and requirements relating to this Policy for servicing loans, reporting Defaults, paying premiums, cancelling and reinstating coverage, Workouts, and submitting Claims and other information to us, which includes a description of eligible expense items for Claims. Our guidelines and requirements are effective when we issue them, including by posting them on our website, unless we specify a later effective date.

Examples of Servicing Guide in a sentence

• The minimum coverage under any such bond and insurance policy shall be at least equal to the corresponding amounts required by FNMA in the FNMA Servicing Guide or by FHLMC in the FHLMC Sellers' & Servicers' Guide, as amended or restated from time to time, or in an amount as may be permitted to the Servicer by express waiver of FNMA or FHLMC.

• To the extent that original documents are not required for purposes of realization of Liquidation Proceeds or Insurance Proceeds, documents maintained by the Company may be in the form of microfilm or microfiche or such other reliable means of recreating original documents, including but not limited to, optical imagery techniques so long as the Company complies with the requirements of the Xxxxxx Mae Selling and Servicing Guide, as amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Servicing Guide

Servicing Guide means the servicing guide or program requirements of the Servicer attached as Schedule 6, which may be amended, modified or supplemented by the Servicer from time to time in accordance with the Section 5.02(j).

Servicing Guide means the Fannie Mae Servicing Guide, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
