Servicing Guidelines definition

Servicing Guidelines means the relevant written guidelines, policies and procedures established by the Servicer for servicing mortgage loans recorded on the Mortgage Loan System, including the Mortgage Loans, as amended or updated in writing from time to time.

Servicing Guidelines means the standards, procedures and guidelines of each Servicer for servicing Mortgage Loans and REO Properties in accordance with the Servicing Agreements and Accepted Servicing Practices.

Servicing Guidelines means the Servicing Guidelines for one or more Private Student Loan programs that have been issued by Insurer and approved by FMC and Servicer attached hereto as Exhibit B and as may amended by agreement of the parties pursuant to the terms thereof.

Examples of Servicing Guidelines in a sentence

• The Servicer, either itself or through an agent selected by the Servicer, shall manage, conserve, protect and operate the REO Property in the same manner that it manages, conserves, protects and operates other foreclosed property for its own account, in the same locality as the REO Property is located and consistent with the Owner Servicing Guidelines.

• In the event, the Owner chooses to have the Servicer service Distressed Mortgage Loans, the Owner Servicing Guidelines shall be mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Owner pursuant to a side agreement.

• With the exception of FHA and VA mortgages which will be serviced completely by the Servicer, all other loans will be identified as either performing or non-performing acquisitions and will be serviced in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement (the “Agreement”) and the Bayview Servicing Guidelines (the “Guide”).

• The Servicer may, in accordance with the Servicing Guidelines, consent to the creation of leases, licences or restrictive covenants in respect of any mortgaged property in connection with a Mortgage Loan.

• The foregoing process shall not apply to modification of the Servicing Guidelines, which are subject to the modification process contained therein.

More Definitions of Servicing Guidelines

Servicing Guidelines means the standards, procedures and guidelines of each Subservicer for servicing Mortgage Loans in accordance with the Subservicing Agreements and Accepted Servicing Practices.

Servicing Guidelines means CPS's established servicing guidelines, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 9.1(k) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Servicing Guidelines means CPS’s established servicing guidelines in the form attached to the Sale and Servicing Agreement as Exhibit H, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with Section 9.1(k) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided that if the Backup Servicer is acting as successor Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Servicing Guidelines shall be the Backup Servicer’s usual and customary servicing policies and procedures for auto loan receivables and obligors having similar terms, conditions and credit characteristics as the Receivables and the related Obligors.

Servicing Guidelines means the document by that name included as part of the Servicing Agreement among the Parties and the Servicer.

Servicing Guidelines means the written servicing policies and procedures of the Servicer, as in effect on the Closing Date, as modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of Section 9(f).

Servicing Guidelines shall have the meaning given to that term in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Servicing Guidelines has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Collection Policy herein, provided, that in the event that a successor Servicer (whether or not the Backup Servicer) is appointed pursuant to Section 6.15, “Servicing Guidelines” following such appointment shall mean the servicing standards, undertakings and guidelines, as applicable (including in respect of Collection Services, if covered), set forth in the related Backup Servicing Agreement (in the case of the Backup Servicer as successor Servicer) or other successor Servicing Agreement entered into with the applicable successor Servicer, if not the Backup Servicer.
