Servicing Policy definition

Servicing Policy means servicing, collections and payment plan policies of each Servicer, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit G, as such policies may be amended from time to time in compliance with the applicable Servicing Agreement.

• Within ten (10) Business Days after the date of any material change or amendment to its Servicing Policy and Procedure, a true and complete copy of such change or amendment, and if requested by the Insurer, a copy of the Servicing Policy and Procedure then in effect.

More Definitions of Servicing Policy

Servicing Policy means, the collections policy and the payment plan policy of the Master Servicer and the Asset Servicers, as such policies may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in compliance with the Servicing Agreement.

Servicing Policy means the collective practices, policies and procedures regarding servicing of Accounts (including customer service, billing and other activities, but excluding the Credit Policy), as the same may from time to time be in effect.

Servicing Policy means the “Standard Collection Practices” of Servicer attached hereto as Exhibit G, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time (subject to compliance with Section 6.1), provided that, if Initial Servicer is replaced as the Servicer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Servicing Policy shall be the replacement servicer’s customary collection policies, subject to Owner’s approval of the same.

Servicing Policy shall have the written servicing policies of the Servicer attached to the Servicing Agreement as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement.
