The Settlement Administration Costs are currently estimated to not exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), which shall be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount, subject to Court approval.
To the extent actual Settlement Administration Costs are greater than the estimated amount stated herein, such an excess amount will be deducted from the Gross Settlement Amount, subject to approval by the Court.
Any portion of the estimated, designated, and/or awarded Settlement Administration Costs which are not in fact required to fulfill payment to the Settlement Administrator to undertake the required settlement administration duties are to be part of the Net Settlement Amount.

The Net Settlement Amount will be the remaining balance of the Gross Settlement Amount, after payment of the Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, Incentive Award, the PAGA Settlement Amount, Employer Taxes, and the Settlement Administration Costs.
