Settlement Class Vehicles definition

Settlement Class Vehicles means Class Vehicles currently or formerly owned or leased by Settlement Class Members.
Settlement Class Vehicles means the model year 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Audi A4 (Allroad, Avant, Sedan) vehicles, model year 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Audi A5 (Cabriolet, Coupe, Sportback) vehicles, and model year 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Audi Q5 vehicles which were imported and distributed by Defendant Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. for sale or lease in the United States and Puerto Rico and are specifically designated by Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) on Exhibit 4 to this Agreement (all of which are equipped with the 2.0L Second Generation EA888 engine).
Settlement Class Vehicles means Model Years 2019 and 2020 Acura RDX vehicles of every trim level, regardless of the differences between and among the different Infotainment Systems in such vehicles.

Examples of Settlement Class Vehicles in a sentence

  • For purposes of identifying Settlement Class Members, the Claim Administrator shall obtain from Polk/IHS Markit or an equivalent company (such as Experian) the names and current or last known addresses of Settlement Class Vehicle owners and lessees that can reasonably be obtained, based upon the VINs of Settlement Class Vehicles to be provided by Defendant.

  • Nothing in this Settlement Agreement will be construed as adding to, diminishing or otherwise affecting any express or implied warranty, duty or contractual obligation of AHM in connection with the Settlement Class Vehicles, except as it relates to the Infotainment Systems as set forth herein.

  • AHM will continue to monitor the quality of the Infotainment Systems in Settlement Class Vehicles.

  • Settlement Class Vehicles will be issued a Certificate of Eligibility for current owners and/or lessees to receive up to two (2) free tire rotations for said vehicle to be performed at recommended tire rotation intervals by an authorized Volkswagen dealer, until the Settlement Class Vehicle reaches an original odometer mileage of 110,000 miles.

  • This Settlement does not create, and is not to be construed as creating, any warranty by Defendants, express or implied, relating to any tire rotations performed on Settlement Class Vehicles.


More Definitions of Settlement Class Vehicles

Settlement Class Vehicles means model year 2009 through 2017 Volkswagen CC vehicles imported and distributed by Defendant Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. for sale or lease in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Settlement Class Vehicles or “Class Vehicles
Settlement Class Vehicles or “Class Vehicles” means 2015-2023 model year Cayenne and Macan vehicles, and 2014-2023 model year Panamera vehicles, equipped with a Sunroof, which were imported by PCNA for sale or lease by authorized Porsche dealers in the United States.
Settlement Class Vehicles. “Settlement Class Vehicles” shall mean 1) Model Years 2018 and 2019 Honda Odyssey vehicles with Elite, EX, EX-L, EX-LNR or Touring trim levels; 2) Model Year 2019 Honda Pilot vehicles with 2EX-LNR, 2TRG, 2TRG 7P, 4Elite, 4EX, 4EX-L, 4EX-LNR, 4TRG, 4TRG 7P trim levels; and 3) Model Year 2019 Honda Passport with 2EX-L, 2TRG, 4Elite, 4EX-L, or 4TRG trim levels, regardless of the differences between and among the different Infotainment Systems in such vehicles.
Settlement Class Vehicles means model year 2018-2024 Atlas vehicles distributed by Defendant Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. for sale or lease in the United States and Puerto Rico, specifically identified by Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) in Exhibit 4 to this Agreement.
Settlement Class Vehicles means the following vehicles sold with automatic 5 Transmissions in California: (1) Acura MDX (Model Year 2001-02); (2) Honda Accord V6 (Model 6 Year 2003-04); (3) Honda Odyssey (Model Year 2002-04) (4) Honda Pilot (Model Year 2003-04);
Settlement Class Vehicles means the specified model year 2019-2023 Audi A6, A7, A8 and Q8 vehicles, model year 2020-2023 Audi Q7, RSQ8, S6, S7, S8, and Allroad vehicles, and model year 2021-2023 Audi RS6 and RS7 vehicles, which are designated by Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in Exhibit 5 to this Settlement Agreement, which were imported and distributed by Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. for sale or lease in the United States and Puerto Rico.
