Settlement Currency definition

Settlement Currency means Pounds sterling ("GBP").

• Underlying Stock Currency: Hong Kong Dollar (“HKD”) Settlement Currency: Singapore Dollar (“SGD”)Exercise Expenses: Certificate Holders will be required to pay all charges which areincurred in respect of the exercise of the Certificates.

• In respect of Warrants which are exercised automatically in accordance with Condition 4(b), the Issuer will pay to the relevant Warrantholder the Cash Settlement Amount (if any) in the Settlement Currency.
