Settlement Funds definition

Settlement Funds means moneys allocated to this state from the environmental mitigation trust specified in par. (d) and received by the state from the trustee.
Settlement Funds means Standard Settlement Funds and Maximizing Settlement Funds.

More Definitions of Settlement Funds

Settlement Funds means the MI Settlement Fund and the IS Settlement Fund.
Settlement Funds means the amount of funds in the Qualified Settlement Fund paid by 3M pursuant to this Settlement Agreement and any interest that accrues thereon.
