Examples of Settlement Funds in a sentence
Lion agrees to permit use of a maximum of two hundred thousand U.S. dollars ($200,000) of the Settlement Funds towards the out-of-pocket costs and expenses of administering the settlement, comprising out-of-pocket costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the settlement to the CFP Class and Tax Expenses, unless a larger amount is ordered by the Court.
The Merchant may obtain information about Settlement Funds, Transactions, Refunds, Fees, Transaction reports and other aspects of the Company’s services by logging onto the Merchant Portal.
In such an event, no Net Settlement Funds will be distributed to Claimants for Approved Claims for Documented Loss Payments or for Cash Fund Payments.
If Net Settlement Funds remain after paying for the CMIS, the Settlement Administrator will next use it to pay valid claims for Documented Loss Payments.
The following obligations survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: any obligations of the Merchant in respect of unpaid Fees, any unfulfilled obligations of the Company in relation to Settlement Funds, the parties’ obligations under sections 11, 12, 16, 17 and 19 of the main body of this Agreement, and Merchant’s obligations under Appendix A to the extent it relates to Merchant’s obligations under section 12.
