Settlement Officer definition

Settlement Officer means a Land Settlement Officer appointed pursuant to section 32(1);
Settlement Officer means a Hearing Officer as defined in subpart (k) who conducts a settlement meeting under the provisions of Rule 21 (Section 232.21).
Settlement Officer means the Settlement Officer appointed under section 23.
