Settlement Payment definition

Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.

Settlement Payment. ’ means a prelimi- nary settlement payment, a partial settlement payment, an interim settlement payment, a settlement payment on account, a final settle- ment payment, or any other similar payment commonly used in the securities trade; and

Settlement Payment means an Up-MACRO Settlement Payment or a Down-MACRO Settlement Payment, as applicable.

• Each Class Member is entitled to receive an Individual Settlement Payment, which will be paid out of the Net Settlement Amount.

• This Settlement Payment Amount includes all monetary disbursements incurred in connection with the Settlement, including but not limited to (a) all monetary payments to the Settlement Classes; (b) all Administrative Costs; (c) all attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses awarded by the Court to Class Counsel; and (d) all Service Awards awarded by the Court to Plaintiffs.

More Definitions of Settlement Payment

Settlement Payment means the payment to be made via mailed check and/or electronic payment to a Participating Settlement Class Member from the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund.

Settlement Payment means an Up Settlement Payment or a Down Settlement Payment, as applicable.
