Settlement Price definition

Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

Settlement Price means the official closing level of the relevant Underlying Reference;

Settlement Price means, in respect of every Product for each Trading Day, the price as determined by Exchange, in its sole discretion, considering the reasonable estimation of the current Market Price using internal and external sources for each Product, such Settlement Price being determined no later than the end of every Business Day. Examples of Settlement Price in a sentence

• In the case of a Registration Settlement of Share Termination Delivery Units that are Restricted Shares (as defined below) as set forth in Section 9(k)(ii) below, notwithstanding the foregoing, the Share Termination Unit Price shall be the Settlement Price on the Merger Date, Tender Offer Date, Announcement Date (in the case of a Nationalization, Insolvency or Delisting), Early Termination Date or date of cancellation, as applicable.

• Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement of any Transaction to which Net Share Settlement is applicable, an amount equal to the Forward Cash Settlement Amount for such Settlement divided by the Settlement Price for such Settlement.

• In the case of a Private Placement Settlement, Dealer shall determine the appropriate discount to the Share Termination Unit Price (in the case of settlement of Share Termination Delivery Units pursuant to Section 9(j) above) or any Settlement Price (in the case of settlement of Shares pursuant to Section 2 above) applicable to such Restricted Shares in a commercially reasonable manner and appropriately adjust the number of such Restricted Shares to be delivered to Dealer hereunder.

• In the case of a Private Placement Settlement, Dealer shall determine the appropriate discount to the Share Termination Unit Price (in the case of settlement of Share Termination Delivery Units pursuant to Section 9(j) above) or premium to any Settlement Price (in the case of settlement of Shares pursuant to Section 2 above) applicable to such Restricted Shares in a commercially reasonable manner and appropriately adjust the number of such Restricted Shares to be delivered to Dealer hereunder.

Settlement Price means, in relation to each Cash Settled Warrant or, if Units are specified in the applicable Final Terms, each Unit, as the case may be:
