On each Settlement Date, the Servicer shall remit all funds on deposit in the Collection AccountPurchaser, based on the information contained in the related Portfolio and Settlement Report shall cause the Account Bank to remit all accrued and unpaid Servicer Fees and all Servicing Expenses for the related Monthly Period to an account designated by the PurchaserServicer.
Without limitation of anything set forth in Article IX, theThe Servicer shall reflect all such netted amounts (together with all Supplemental Servicing Fees retained bydue to the Servicer) in the applicable Portfolio and Settlement Report (which shall include a reasonably detailed description and calculation thereof).
Each Portfolio and Settlement Report delivered pursuant to Section 9.02 shall be accompanied by a certificate of a Servicing Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit A, certifying the accuracy of the Portfolio and Settlement Report and that no Event of Termination or event that with notice or lapse of time or both would become an Event of Termination has occurred, or if such event has occurred and is continuing, specifying the event and its status.
The Servicer shall give the Purchaser written notice within fifteen (15) days in the Portfolio and Settlement Report if any such insurance coverage, or any portion thereof, has been terminated, canceled or modified.
The Servicer’s Portfolio and Settlement Report will be deemed to modify the List of Contracts to reflect the addition or removal of Purchased Property in accordance with this Agreement for each month after the Effective Date.
