Settlement Service definition

Settlement Service as defined in Subsection 11.6(b).

Settlement Service has the meaning set forth in Section 11.17(a)(v).

Settlement Service means any service provided in connection with a real estate settlement including, but not limited to, the following:

• Assignments and assumptions of the Loan shall be effected by the provisions otherwise set forth herein until Agent notifies Lenders of the Settlement Service as set forth herein.

• Each assigning Lender and proposed Eligible Assignee shall comply with the requirements of the Settlement Service in connection with effecting any assignment of Loan pursuant to the Settlement Service.

• With the prior written approval of Agent, Agent’s approval of such Eligible Assignee shall be deemed to have been automatically granted with respect to any transfer effected through the Settlement Service.

• At any time when Agent elects, in its sole discretion, to implement such Settlement Service, each such assignment shall be effected by the assigning Lender and proposed assignee pursuant to the procedures then in effect under the Settlement Service, which procedures shall be consistent with the other provisions of this Section 11.17(a).

• The purchase, redemption and settlement of shares of a Fund (“Shares”) will normally follow the Fund/SERV-Defined Contribution Clearance and Settlement Service (“DCCS”) Processing Procedures below and the rules and procedures of the SCC Division of the National Securities Clearing Corporation (“NSCC”) shall govern the purchase, redemption and settlement of Shares of the Funds through NSCC by Nationwide.

More Definitions of Settlement Service

Settlement Service. : shall mean, where applicable, the settlement, clearing, and reconciliation of financial instruments;

Settlement Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.4.

Settlement Service. : means the settlement service provided by Monte Titoli and operated through T2S, which permits the settlement in Euro of the transactions on non-derivative financial instruments considered individually.

Settlement Service means the clearing and settlement service on multilateral bases and the gross settlement service referred to in Article 69.1 of the Consolidated Law on Finance;
