Settlement Share definition

Settlement Share means each Participating Class Member’s share of the Net Settlement Amount as provided by this Agreement.

Settlement Share refers to the pro rata payment as calculated in Section IV.E. to which a member of the Final Settlement Class who timely submits a valid Claim Form becomes entitled pursuant to this Settlement. To be timely, a member of the Final Settlement Class must submit a timely and valid Claim Form by the Claim Deadline.
