Settlement Website definition

Settlement Website means the website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator which will contain, among other things, the Notice and Claim Forms, and documents related to the settlement.

Settlement Website means a website, the URL for which shall be mutually selected by the Settling Parties, that will inform Settlement Class Members of the terms of this Settlement Agreement, their rights, dates and deadlines and related information, as well as provide Settlement Class Members with the ability to submit a Settlement Claim online.

Settlement Website means the internet website established in accordance with Paragraph 12.2.

Examples of Settlement Website in a sentence

• The Settlement Administrator shall establish and maintain a Settlement Website that shall be made publicly available no later than twenty-one (21) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, which shall be maintained until the conclusion of the Notice Period.

• It shall be the objector’s responsibility to ensure receipt of any objection by the Court, Class Counsel, Defendants’ Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator at the addresses listed in the Full Class Notice (see Exhibit C and section 5.23) posted by the Settlement Administrator on the Settlement Website.

More Definitions of Settlement Website

Settlement Website means the website to be created by the Claims Administrator for purposes of communicating with Class Members and for otherwise facilitating the administration of this Settlement, including allowing Class Members to register and/or submit a Claim.

Settlement Website means the website to be established by the Class Action Settlement Administrator for purpose of providing notice, Claim Forms, the electronic submission of Claim Forms, and other information regarding this Agreement, as described in Section V.B.

Settlement Website means the Internet website operated by the Claims Administrator as described in Section 8.04.

Settlement Website means a website maintained by the Class Administrator to provide the Class with information relating to the Settlement.

Settlement Website means the website to be established by the Settlement Administrator as set forth in section 7.

Settlement Website means the dedicated website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator, which will contain relevant documents and information about the Settlement, including this Settlement Agreement, the Class Notice, and the Claim Form. It shall also include the functionality to permit claim forms to be submitted online with electronic certifications and signatures.
