Settlement Website definition

Settlement Website means the website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator which will contain, among other things, the Notice and Claim Forms, and documents related to the settlement.

Settlement Website means the website prepared by the Administrator in connection with the process of providing Class Notice to Settlement Class Members.

Settlement Website means the internet website established in accordance with Paragraph 12.2.

• The Settlement Administrator shall create the Settlement Website.

• Within fourteen (14) days after the entry of Preliminary Approval, the Settlement Administrator will develop, host, administer and maintain the Settlement Website, containing the Notice substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Settlement Website

Settlement Website means the dedicated website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator, which will contain relevant documents and information about the Settlement, including the Settlement Agreement, the long-form Notice and the Claim Form, as well as web-based forms for Settlement Class Members and Unidentified Class Members to submit electronic Claim Forms, requests for exclusion from the Settlement, elections to receive Cash Awards by PayPal or Venmo, or updated postal addresses to which Cash Awards should be sent after the Settlement becomes Final.

Settlement Website means the website to be created by the Claims Administrator for purposes of communicating with Class Members and for otherwise facilitating the administration of this Settlement, including allowing Class Members to register and/or submit a Claim.

Settlement Website means an internet website created and maintained by the Claim Administrator, the URL of which shall be specified in the Notice Plan.

Settlement Website means the website to be created for this Settlement that will include information about the Action, the Settlement, and relevant documents, as well as electronic and printable forms relating to the Settlement, including the Claim Form, which can be submitted online or printed and mailed, and which Settlement Class Members can visit to read or request additional information regarding the Settlement.
