This Seventeenth Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
By its execution of this Seventeenth Amendment, the Borrower hereby covenants that the Borrower shall make any payments to Seventeenth Amendment Non-Consenting 2018 Incremental Term Loan Lender required pursuant to Section 2.11 of the Credit Agreement in connection with the 2018 Incremental Term Loans.
