Severance Benefits definition
Severance Benefits means the payment of severance compensation as provided in Section 3.3 herein.
Severance Benefits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(g) hereof.

Examples of Severance Benefits in a sentence
Failure by Executive to resign immediately from all positions described in the immediately preceding sentence shall result in automatic forfeiture of any and all rights to the Severance Benefits.
Executive’s right to receive the Severance Benefits (as defined below) are contingent upon Executive’s continued compliance with the Confidentiality Agreement.
If the Release of Claims does not become effective prior to the end of such sixty (60) day period (including as a result of Executive’s revocation), Executive shall not be entitled to any of the Severance Benefits.
More Definitions of Severance Benefits
Severance Benefits means the compensation and other benefits that the Participant will be provided in the circumstances described in Section 4.
